Doctors Denley, Hokett, C. Sherman, Tran and White are Board Certified Family Physicians. They provide care for acute illnesses and chronic conditions from pediatric to adult patients. Dr. DeGroat is a Board Eligible Family Physician whose practice also includes Obstetrics.
Joe Leverett, M.D. is a board certified internal medicine physician. He provides comprehensive care for adults in all stages of life and treat a variety of conditions, such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Dr. Sung Deuk Kim is a Board Eligible Internist who will be practicing as Hospitalist as well as seeing patients every other week in the JCMH Medical Clinic.
Manda Stephens and Monte Combs are Nurse Practitioners who are Certified and specialize in Family Practice.
