Employee Clinic Staff Members

The Employee Clinic staff is committed to providing high-quality health care to all employees, spouses, and their dependent children age 25 and below, regardless of insurance.

Our Nurse Practitioners are nationally board certified in Family Practice and are able to provide care for patients 6 months and older.

Services Offered

Our Nurse Practitioners provide many services which include ordering and interpreting diagnostic lab tests, diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, treating sprains and minor injuries, and medication maintenance of stable chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, and hypothyroidism. Referrals to specialist physicians can be made on an as-needed basis.

Clinic procedures and testing include:

  • Breathing Treatments
  • Urinalysis

Please note that our Nurse Practitioners do not do well-baby checkups or immunizations, routine women’s health care such as pap smears, birth control and hormone replacement therapy, or chronic pain management.

Clinic Fees

A charge of $10.00 for each visit is payroll deducted by using the employee’s hospital ID badge which needs to be presented at the time of service. Exceptions to the standard charge are Sports  Physical exams, which are charged at $20.00 per person, and all other physical exams are charged at $20.00 per person.  Additional fees may be incurred for procedures such as injections, breathing treatments, urinalysis, etc.

Prescriptions

Employee and dependents covered under WebTPA insurance can have their prescriptions filled at the JCMH Pharmacy provided the medication is listed in their formulary.

The JCMH Pharmacy will be happy to fill all prescriptions for those with WebTPA insurance only. These prescriptions will be charged at the pharmacy’s cost (this makes the cost less than retail pharmacies) and again theses charges are payroll deducted using your hospital ID badge at the time of pick-up.

If you do not have WebTPA insurance, your prescription request will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.

Monday through Thursday

7:30 a.m.—12:00 p.m. AND 1:30 p.m.—4:30 p.m.

Friday 7:30 a.m.—12:00 p.m.

Walk-ins

7:30 a.m.—8:30 a.m.

For established patients only. Your new hire physical is not considered a patient appointment. Reviewing lab results will not be done during walk-in clinic hours.

Making an Appointment

To make an appointment, please call the Employee Clinic at 580-379-5690. Same day appointments are available; please call early. All new patients will be scheduled during the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.

Requesting Prescription Refills

If you need to refill your prescription, please contact your pharmacy. The pharmacy will submit a refill request to the Nurse Practitioner. Please allow 24 hours for refills.
