Jackson County Memorial Hospital knows
your comfort and recovery are the most important elements of
your hospitalization. We want to relieve any concerns a
patient or family member may have while receiving the very
good care we deliver.
Being involved in your care and
treatment, by asking questions and communicating necessary
information, is the best way to stay informed of your
progress. At Jackson County Memorial Hospital, we encourage
patients and family members to Speak Up and to ask
questions.
Along with delivering very good care,
JCMH has a strict confidentiality policy regarding patient
records, patient rights and protected health information.
Ask your nurse or any staff member if you have questions
about your personal information.
After you have been discharged, you
will receive a patient satisfaction survey at your home
address. This survey is very important to us and is used to
improve the care you receive at JCMH. Please fill out the
survey and return it in the pre-paid envelope. Include
comments about your stay and let us know how we are doing.
We value our patients’ opinions!
