Dr. Kathleen F. Murray and Dr.Angelia Andrews begin their practices at Jackson County Memorial Hospital in Altus on August first.
Murray was graduated from the Oklahoma State University School of Osteopathy in Tulsa. She specializes in Family Medicine. She completed a three-year, post-graduate residency training at the Oklahoma University Southwest Oklahoma Family Medicine Residency program in Lawton.
Murray's medical practice will include care to children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Dr. Angelia Andrews has been in practice in Altus since 1998. She has an established medical practice with a number of patients from southwest Oklahoma.
She is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma School of Medicine and completed the Family Medicine Residency program at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Tulsa.
Andrews specializes in Family Medicine and cares for a variety of ages including children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
Murray and Andrews join Dr. Melinda Powers, Dr. Abdallah Dawod, and Dr. John Root in the Medical Clinic practice.
Powers has been in practice at JCMH since 2004 and is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
She is the medical director for JCMH Hospice, is the hospital's Chief of Staff, and is an ex-officio member of the JCMH Board of Trustees.
Dawod is Board Certified in Family Medicine and has been in practice in Altus since 2005.
Root has been on staff at JCMH since 1997. He is board certified in Family Medicine.
