The Jackson County Community Health Action Team (JCCHAT) is a coalition whose mission is to improve the health and well being of Jackson County residents through programs, policy and education.  JCCHAT works to establish working partnerships among agencies, parents, youth, business leaders, health professionals and concerned citizens.  

JCCHAT is an Oklahoma Turning Point partnership which is an initiative through the Oklahoma State Department of Health.
