Appointments from 7 a.m. through 12:45 p.m.  You must schedule an appointment.

Obtain a blood test for A1C, blood glucose, cholesterol profile with triglycerides and HDL / LDL. Blood pressure and body mass index.  The screening is a fasting blood test.  Nothing to eat or drink after midnight the night before. 

A limited number of appointments are available.  The screening is $15 payable by cash or check.  No credit or debit cards.  Call to register at 477-1111 by February 10.
