Rodney Gildon, Materials
Management, was announced as the Employee of the Year
for 2007 at the Annual Employee Awards Banquet for
Jackson County Memorial Hospital. More than 70
employees were recognized for their years of service
to JCMH.
In addition to years-of-service
awards, the Employees of the Month and "Our Best For
You" winners were recognized. Dale Degan from Home
Health Products was the most recognized employee in
the "Our Best For You" program in 2007.
Receiving pins for five years of

Employees recognized for fifteen
years of service were: Kim Weldon, Patty Erward, Betty
Hines, Pamela Look, Robin Grange, Saundra Burchill,
Kelly Osborn, Dominga Jiminez, Sonja Box, Donita
Milner, and Dorothy Butler.
For twenty-years of service: Brian
O’Hair, Bobby Smith, Dale Watson, Kay Stewart, Chester
Benson, Steven Vaughan, Sharon Puckett, and Lenita
White were honored.
Receiving a service pin for twenty-five years of
employment was: Bill Parker. Receiving a pin for
thirty years was Julie Murphy. Honored for thirty-five
years of employment was Betty Varney.
Amanda Reimer, Senior Marketing Representative at
JCMH was the mistress of ceremonies along William G.
Wilson, President and CEO. Special guests were JCMH
Board of Trustees members and spouses. The
entertainment was dinner music presented by Dr. David
and Kitty Huey.
